Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The size does not fit (applicable only if unused and in original condition). Note: Returns for hygiene products like lens cleaning solutions are not accepted once opened.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling.
• Free surprise gifts or promotional items.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after return approval.
Exchange Policy
• You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or model (based on availability).
• Exchange shipping is free for the first request if genuine . Subsequent exchanges may incur shipping fees.
• OPAQOO eyewear is designed for gentle use; damages caused by mishandling or breakage are not covered under warranty
